SaunaPulse is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe your health data belongs to you and only you.

Data Collection

We do not collect any personal data.

SaunaPulse:

• Does not require an account or sign-up
• Does not transmit data to external servers
• Does not use analytics or tracking
• Does not contain advertisements
• Does not share data with third parties

Data Storage

All your sauna session data is stored locally on your Apple Watch. Your data never leaves your device unless you choose to export it yourself.

HealthKit Integration

SaunaPulse integrates with Apple HealthKit to save your workout data. This integration is optional and controlled entirely by you through iOS permissions. When enabled:

• Session data is written to HealthKit on your device
• Heart rate data is read from your Apple Watch sensors
• All HealthKit data remains on your device and in your iCloud (managed by Apple, not us)

Your Rights

Since we don't collect your data, there's nothing to delete or request. You have full control over your data on your device.

To delete your SaunaPulse data, simply delete the app from your Apple Watch. To delete HealthKit data, use the Health app on your iPhone.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. We will never change our core commitment: your data stays on your device.
